NEXIBIT RULES

• The project submitted for competition must include a working • prototype, and an effective       poster is required for presentation.

• Projects may be hardware models or software simulations.

• Participants may use the following points to describe their project in the presentation (PPT):


• Power backup will be provided at the venue. Participants are advised to bring a plug box,      power bank, and other required

• electronic equipment to avoid any inconvenience.

• For software/coding-based projects, teams must bring their own PC/Laptop.


IMPORTANT NOTES

• Partial outputs and prototypes will also be considered.

• Only application-oriented concepts will be taken into consideration.

• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Participation certificates will be provided as e-certificates (soft copies).

• Only the winners will receive hard copy certificates.

• Teams will be provided with dedicated space at the venue to set up their model/design for       exhibition and judging.


JUDGING CRITERIA

• Projects will be evaluated based on the following key criteria:

• Theme: Innovation, uniqueness, and use of technology

• Design: Compactness and efficiency of the work

• Practical Relevance: Applicability to real-world needs

First Prize: ₹12,000/-

Second Prize: ₹8000/-
