1. One or two player event.
2. Mobile phones are not allowed.
3. Budget: Each franchise receives a purse, which is the total amount they can spend on players.
4. Base Price: Players set their own base price, which is the starting point for bidding.
5. A team can have a maximum of 16 (11 for starting, 5 for substitution ) players, including a certain number of Indian and overseas 
6. Unsold Players: Players who do not receive any bids are considered unsold.
