College ID card is mandatory

 Team size: 1 or 2 members only

Prior registration is compulsory 

Participants must report at the venue at least 15 minutes before the event
 
Time limit will be strictly followed

 Circuits must be built only during the competition time

 Only the components provided by the organizers are allowed

 Use of external components or unfair means is prohibited

 Judges’ decision will be final and binding
