RULES:
•    College ID card is mandatory for all participants
•    Maximum 2-3 members per team
•    Each team will be given a faulty circuit / system to debug within           the specified time
•    Only the provided components and tools are allowed.
•    External support is strictly prohibited (except event volunteers)
•    The decision of the judging panel is final
•    Remaining rules and round details will be revealed at the venue
•    Points will be awarded based on:
o    Correct fault identification
o    Proper debugging method
o    Time taken to solve the issue
